Native Pie Baking Class
Saturday, November 3rd 10:15am-12:15pm

In celebration of Thanksgiving, this class will transform ingredients native to North America (pumpkin, pecans, cranberries and sumac) into delicious homemade pies. We will make:

-All Butter Pie Crust, using organic flour & local butter
-Pecan Pie Crust, naturally gluten-free with fresh Georgian pecans
-Pumpkin Pie using local pumpkins and squash from Front 9 & Richardson Farms
-Cranberry Tart with Sumac Buttercream

Pies will be made with both traditional and gluten-free pie crusts. This class is gluten free friendly, but please note this is not a gluten-free facility.

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a refund if we can find a replacement for your reservation. 
By registering for the class, you consent to Buttercream & Olive Oil LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time.
