During the 5 years that I lived in France, most of that time was spent harvesting olives, working in olive oil mills, judging national and international olive oil competitions, and researching olive oil in Europe and America. My first classes offered were entirely based on olive oil. Back by popular demand, this class will offer an authentic tasting of exclusively FRENCH 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils and explore their characteristics. We will also be preparing the following menu:

-Caesar Salad with local greens, handcrafted dressing, and olive oil croutons
-Lolo's Famous Black Tapenade Omelet made with authentic Provençal tapenade and local eggs from Richardson Farms
-Banon à l'ail goat cheese and garlic spread from the 'Queen of Olive Oil' with local French baguette
-Salted Chocolate Olive Oil Cakes
-Marshmallow Crème with Olive Oil


Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a refund if we can find a replacement for your reservation.
