By registering for a class, you agree to the below stated terms and conditions:

You are responsible for: (i) informing Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC if you have any medical and/or food allergies; and (ii) avoiding any contact with such medical and/or food allergies.  Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC may attempt, but cannot guarantee, to accommodate your allergies.  It is your responsibility to prevent allergic reactions and Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC does NOT assure any class to be allergy free. Attending class is at your own risk.

You should be dressed comfortably but with safety in mind. Flip-flops and open-toed shoes should not be worn to classes. Jewelry should not be worn. Hair must be pulled back.

Cancellations: There are no cancellations or refunds, due to the preparation and demand for classes. If you are unable to attend a class and notify Buttercream & Olive Oil more than 72 hours before the class date, we may open up your seat to be filled via our website, but are not responsible for finding a replacement. IF your ticket is filled, then you may choose : —a credit value for the full amount that you paid to be used anywhere on our website or — a refund in the full amount minus 15% in fees.

All products on our website or sold in classes are final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In consideration of Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC, furnishing services to enable me, the client, to participate in one of its programs, I agree as follows:

I fully understand and acknowledge that culinary activities have: (a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exists in my participation in Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC sponsored activities; (b) my participation in such activities may result in injury or illness; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes; and (d) by my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, associates or employees of Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC, or by any other person.

I understand that Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the traveler. The traveler agrees to assign all right, title and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used to Buttercream & Olive Oil, LLC.
