Puff pastry may seem like a daunting task, but it is really quite easy! Puff pastry is extremely versatile and is equally delicious in savory applications as it in is sweet. In fact, I quite prefer it these recipes below. In our pastry version of this class, We make mille feuilles or ‘a thousand leaves’, the traditional French pastry similar, which fortunately does not take a thousand turns of the dough to create all these layers.

In this savory class, we will cover the puff pastry from start to finish, in addition to these savory recipes below. I promise you will never purchase puff pastry again after making this delicious home made version using the best local and organic ingredients!

In this 3-hour workshop, we will make:
-Laminated Puff Pastry Dough
-Confit d’oignon: Onion Chutney
-Chicken Puffs with Béchamel: Local Chicken & Herbs
-Cheese twists!
