Caramel and Chocolate Tart Class:
Sunday, May 5th 1pm-3pm

This class will take place at Cool Beans Café in Medina Square: 103 W. Liberty Street, Medina 44256

In this hands-on baking class, you will be making:
-Pâte Sucrée (Short Pastry Dough)—GLUTEN FREE Available upon request*
-Tartlette au Chocolat Meringuée
-Caramel & Chocolate Tartlette
-Caramel au beurre salé

This class is hands-on and each participant will take home: One Chocolate Meringué 4” tartelet, two Chocolate Caramel 4” tartlets, about 3 ounces or so of the Caramel au beurre salé.

*If you do request the gluten free option, it will be the same crust as the other participants, with an excellent one for one gluten free flour blend substitute. This differs slightly from the gluten free crust that we offer in our bakery.

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a credit if we can find a replacement for your reservation.
