Olive Oil Latte!

You may have heard about olive oil in your coffee from one of the largest coffee chains in the world, but you can make them just as delicious or even better at home using your favorite local coffee beans and most importantly really fresh and incredibly delicious olive oil. The recipes below contain oat milk, but you can also use dairy. Because oat milks usually contain extremely unhealthy oils, make your own oat milk in just a couple of minutes and add one of our olive oils to create this rich foamy beverage. The final drink is not oily or anything like that, rather it create a luxurious foam and brings forth the nuances in flavor that are in the olive juice. Do not use sub-par commodity oils in the recipe!

You do not need an espresso machine as shown in the video! All you need is a hand held milk frother to whisk up the olive oil and the milk. Brew your coffee as you normally would and add it to the frothy mixture. Voilà, your olive oil latte! Once you feel comfortable, you do not need weigh out the ingredients. We have done it for you to give you an idea on how to get started.
