Caramel and Chocolate Tart Class:
Sunday, April 12th Noon-2pm

In this hands-on baking class, you will be making:
-Pâte Sucrée (Short Pastry Dough)—GLUTEN FREE Available upon request*
-Tartlette au Chocolat Meringuée
-Caramel & Chocolate Tartlette

This class is hands-on and each participant will take home: 4 x 4” tarts: two milk chocolate meringué 4” tartelets, two dark chocolate caramel 4” tartlets

*If you do request the gluten free option, it will be the same crust as the other participants, with an excellent one for one gluten free flour blend substitute. This differs slightly from the gluten free crust that we offer in our bakery.
