Montebello refers to the masterful blend of pistachio and red fruits in the same dessert. We are bringing this to the next level with the addition of a chocolate cake to create a decadent and luxurious dessert!
In this hands-on baking class, everyone will make and assemble their very own 9” cake. Everyone will take home their own 9” whole cake.
Other than the chocolate cake, which must be made in advance regardless, this cake is more ‘architectural’. This class will feature these recipes:
-Buttermilk Chocolate Cake
-Pistachio Swiss Meringue Buttercream
-Raspberry Marzipan
