Le French Picnic

This class explores some of the quintessential French culinary essentials. Crêpes are one of the most popular foods in France and around the world for a very good reason: they are versatile and delicious! We are respecting the French galettes and crêpes by showcasing the correct way to do them. Accompanied by an unforgettable vinaigrette and its buttery salad, a creamy and flavorful béchamel, and our adopted French family’s recipe for chocolate mousse, it is a class that will transform your meals at home. THIS CLASS CAN BE GLUTEN FREE.

In this class, we will make the following recipe:
-Buckwheat galettes served with béchamel, egg, and cheese
-Vinaigrette served with butter lettuce
-Béchamel
-Sweet Crêpes
-Chocolate Mousse

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a refund if we can find a replacement for your reservation. 
By registering for the class, you consent to Buttercream & Olive Oil LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time.
