Everything for class is certainly provided, except aprons. Please bring your own apron, if you wish, it is not necessary! After a meal class, everyone is invited to enjoy their meal at our dining table. You are also welcome to take your meal home if you prefer.

This class combines a variety of Southern classics with a few interesting twists. Despite the name, Nashville Hot Chicken does not have to be spicy. In class, we make a mild version for everyone to enjoy.

This seasonal class will feature these Southern Classics:
-Nashville Hot Chicken—with local chicken from Tea Hills
-Pimento Cheese—a special version with Vidalia onions
-Fried Green Tomatoes—with local tomatoes from Richardson Farms
-Pecan Sorghum Tart—with pecans from Pearson Farm in Georgia and sorghum from Muddy Pond in TN

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a credit if we can find a replacement for your reservation. 
By registering for the class, you consent to Buttercream & Olive Oil LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time.
