For 2023, we have increased our offerings of the Mallesson’s monovarietal herb sachets. Now available, oregano is such a pungent must have with everything from pizza, lamb, cheeses and vegetables.

Savory is in fact a much utilized herb but overlooked in this county. It is less distinct than the other herbs and therefore extremely versatile. Ideal when you would like a fragrant herb without overpowering or clashing with other flavors. Try it and see!
