Gluten Free Friendly Classes

Ingredients have always been out focus, using the cleanest and purest in local, seasonal and organic ingredients. We are sensitive to allergies and preferences, particularly gluten free and recipes that can be naturally made free of gluten. Here is a list of our classes that are always gluten free:

  • Olive Oil Discovery—while this class is naturally gluten free (the dessert contains almonds, but we can accommodate nut-free with advance notice), local bread is served. If you prefer, simply bring your own GF preference to accompany the meal and tasting.

  • French Macarons—a pastry that has never contained wheat or grain and never will.

  • A Burger that Can’t be BEET—seasonal savory meal class that is not only gluten free, but also nut-free, soy-free, and vegan. You do have the option of a vegan wheat bun or a gluten free buckwheat bun, please specify at registration. Available November-April.

  • Venetian Petits Fours—incredibly delicious and absolutely gluten free!

  • French Classics Autrement—three French classics re-imagined with any gluten or milk.

  • Sicilian Street Food—seasonal class available July-October.

  • Basics of Canning—naturally GF!

The following classes have a gluten free option to be specified at registration:

  • Le French Picnic—GF option for sweet crêpes and béchamel, all other recipes naturally gluten free.

  • Sicilian Cassata Cake—choose GF sponge at registration, you will absolutely not be able to tell the difference between GF and regular sponge cake!

  • Chocolate and Caramel Tarts—let us know in the check out comments that you would like to make a gluten free pâte sucré.

  • Chocolate Montebello—ask for a GF chocolate cake!

  • Nashville Southern Cooking—let us know if you would like to make your fried green tomatoes and your tart gluten free, happy to accommodate!
