Our gluten free pâte sucrée is a perfect blend of Italian chestnut flour, organic freshly milled rice flour and a small amount of almond flour to give it a texture and taste that would never betray that it is in fact ‘gluten free’. Basically, you do not need to be gluten free to enjoy these incredible tarts!
