Inspired by my favorite rosemary caramel from Joêl Durand in St. Rémy, this rich tart is my very favorite. Our delicious pâte sucré holds a rosemary salted caramel and is covered in a creamy rosemary white chocolate ganache. Rosemary is locally grown, dried and freshly ground for these aromatic pastries with this Provençal touch!
