One of the most popular items in my classes, we brought back plenty of these olive wood herb mills from the markets of Provence so you can have fun with them in your kitchen too!

Made in France of Olive Wood, this lovely little mills hold authentic Herbes of Provence. 95% of Herbes de Provence are not grown in Provence, not even in France. These Herbes are grown in Trets, a small village east of Aix-en-Provence and contain the only herbs legally allowed: Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Oregano or Marjoram and Savory.

Mills measure about 4.5” tall.
