Beet Burger Cooking Class:
Free of all major allergens!

Class will take place at Richardson Farms
6984 Lafayette Road, Medina OH 44256

This class combines a variety of locally grown produce for a flavorful and surprising cooking class that is suitable for those who may be vegan, gluten free and nut free! Come one and come all!

This class will feature:
-Beet Chickpea ‘Burger’ that will leave you in disbelief that it is in fact vegan, gluten free, and nut free
Burger in class will be served a Pacha buckwheat bun (free of the 8 major allergens), avocado oil vegan mayo, and local lettuce
-Paprika Potatoes
-Ginger Turmeric Lemon Spinach

In this class, each participant will be preparing in full their own ‘burger’ batter, which will then be taken home to rest in the fridge overnight, then formed into patties and frozen. In class, each participant will be served a beet burger with buckwheat bun and accompaniments. The two side dishes will be prepared as a group.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time.

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a credit if we can find a replacement for your reservation.
