Make the most of summer’s bounty! Have you been wanting to try canning? This class will cover the basics to give you the confidence to try canning on your own at home.

We will be canning items from Richardson Farm’s, the host site for this class. Each participant will take home two mason jars of canned goods.

In this class we will be canning:
-Fruit TBD in the season
-Vegetable TBD in the season

Class will take place at Richardson Farms in Medina. Richardson Farms has long been a supplier for many of our classes. Their 46 acre farm will provide the ideal location to continue to promote local food sources in this unprecedented time. They produce everything from fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, herbs etc. We will collect our ingredients from the farm and continue our class under the pavilion, entirely outdoors on the farm. We are so excited to share this new local experience with you in the beauty and safety of the open air environment and look forward to lunch with you on the farm!

Richardson Farms is located just 7 minutes past the Medina Square at 6984 Lafayette Road, Medina 44256.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time.

Class registration is non-refundable. While we have a no-cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel your reservation, we will gladly offer a credit if we can find a replacement for your reservation. 
By registering for the class, you consent to Buttercream & Olive Oil LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time.
